Having lived in our new home for a couple of hours, we were met with a burst pipe and small flood in our basement. We googled a plumber and Jamey came to our rescue. Not only was he here quickly but he was very friendly and explained every step that he was doing. He took the time to explain and fix the problem, he also offered less costly suggestions on how to prevent future problems from occurring. In retrospect I have heard that he might be slightly on the more expensive side but at the time, he was extremely helpful, quick, friendly, and put our minds at ease.

Preventing serious plumbing problems in a home can be as simple as knowing what NOT to put in your sinks and other fixtures, or having a regularily scheduled check of the systems by a technician.
