The crew showed up on time. They were courteous and respectful and the price quoted was the price we paid. The guys did a quality job. Yuri, the project manager, was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly and came back afterwards to make sure we were happy with the work. He put a camera scope down the drain to show us the new drain pipe and from what I can tell, the work was well done.
I called AnTa again about another plumbing issue (this one was from a shower leak), and they scheduled me in very quickly.
I'm happy to recommend AnTa for drain pipe replacement work and for any plumbing needs.

It is confusing to have a crew working outside, another inside, and not know what is happening. Our goal is to make the process from start to finish as smooth as possible for all concerned, with no surprises. Our Closed Circuit Video Camera is one of the most useful tools we have. The crew showed up on time. They were courteous and respectful and the price quoted was the price we paid. From what I can tell, the guys did a quality job.
The reason I gave a 7 out of 10 was primarily with the way the crew worked. There seemed to be little communication or coordination between crew members, and what little communication there was seemed to be arguing. At one point, the plumber flushed a toilet while the drain pipe was still being dug out, resulting in one guy getting drenched while he was digging up the pipe. The plumber (don't know his name) didn't have the telephone number for the project manager and had to ask me for it. I was quoted $380 for replacing a bathroom faucet but this apparently didn't include replacing the drain plug as I had expected.
I was expecting a bit more professionalism given the high rating AnTa has received on Home Stars. Their price was a bit higher than average (which is expected as they are a larger company). Overall, the work done was to satisfaction.
