Mario was absolutely amazing to work with. He was always fully transparent, honest, provided a range of options with what the pros and cons of each option would be, and was willing to think flexibly about how to best waterproof our basement and be efficient in terms of time and money spent. His team was was reliable, professional, and incredibly hardworking. The work was messy but they cleaned up perfectly.

During the process they also discovered additional unfortunate problems with the foundation (no fault of their own) and they worked to fix it quickly without any hassle. I have already recommended him to four people.

We had a great experience with Mario and his crew. We had two walls that were previously repaired from the inside that failed. Mario's crew dug everything by hand and did a great job of sealing it from the outside. They were extremely neat for such a messy job. We have had some minor sinking in our interlock but Mario will be back in the spring to fix it. We are extremely happy with the work!

We knew of an existing small leak in an unfinished part of our basement, but after some heavy storms in August, new leaks appeared. We contacted three companies all well rated with homestars. Mario was timely, professional and very knowledgeable. While all three companies were in a similiar price range, we choose MMT largely based on Mario's approach; not a heavy handed "salesman , and spent the time to fully answer all questions and was honest in comparing his service to others.

The work on the north foundation of the house had to be done by hand, and was done with care. We also had a sump pump installed. We have had several storms this fall and our basement remains dry. MMT provides a warranty for the work, not only for us (as the current owner) but is transferable should we decide to sell our home. This shows a company that stands by their work.

Mario and his team were great. The quote was clear and concise. Their knowledge was solid. They worked quickly and efficiently. They stayed late a few times in order to complete work on days the plumber was here. The cost was very good and the workmanship was well done. They even cleaned up after themselves and choose to work outside when completing one of the messier tasks. We are very happy with the work and will have them back again to do additional work in the basement.

Mario and team were great. The quote process was straight-forward and the quote was surprisingly cheaper than a few other ones I had gotten. We had a problem in our front porch foundation cracks and movement appeared in the side walls
MMC WATERPROOFI was able to lay wheeling tiles. And a powerful sump pump which eleminates the water collection in the foundation area so effectively stopped freezing and thawing in the front porch foundation area. - MMC did an excellent job.
