Gerardo didn't finish the installation but said he would come back. Foolishly, I paid him for the work trusting he would indeed come back. Thereafter he didn't answer his phone or return my text messages or emails. I learned a lesson and, unfortunately, learned Gerardo isn't trustworthy

When we purchased a European light fixture, we assumed that the installation would be quite straight forward. Fortunately it was recommended that we use Gerardo Villaneuva of Mayatech. He specializes in the installation of European fixtures. The project was quite complicated and took close to 4 hours to complete. It was handled totally to our satisfaction. We would certainly use Gerardo's services for any future electrical work.

My wife and I discovered Gerardo by chance and we have begun a number of small projects with him and will be hiring Gerardo for more projects until our brand new house is full of new light fixtures. So far, Gerardo has been exceptional. He has been very careful to details and is very familiar with the various fixtures. If you are very fussy, you can be sure that he will take extra care of your house and will leave a clean job. So far we have installed a number of Schonbek's sconces and Quoizel chandelier. We are so pleased with Gerardo that we would strongly recommend that you hire him. He will go out of his way to ensure that you are totally satisfied.

Gerardo Villanueva and his assistant Chris were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. We will definitely call him again for other electrical work.
