I reached out to about six architectural/design firms to help me produce drawings required for a building permit application for my home in downtown Toronto.

Rocco at Architalcan Design was the first firm to respond to my inquiry on a Thursday. By Saturday he was at my house with his son Luca to take all required measurements and discuss my project. By Wednesday, under Roccos supervision, Luca had produced my preliminary set of drawings.

Dealing with the City of Torontos building department can be challenging and Rocco/Luca were exemplary at quickly responding to changes/updates I needed to the drawings - not once, but several times.
