I have worked with Rocco on two projects a small kitchen re-design with removing walls and another one to build a room on top of garage.
On both the architectural services provided were excellent.
On both providing the permits in a timely manner and the quality of design was excellent. Also he found a solution without removing the existing roof on top of the house even if it was challenging.
He manage to delivered the permits on time, with very good quality and always keep his word in terms of time, money and conditions.
