Architects review in

We found Rocco searching Home Stars. I designed (3D CAD) a large carport with some "fancy" features. When Rocco reviewed my design he accepted it pretty much as I designed it, producing some high quality and detailed construction plans.
But he also advised that it violated 2 building codes, lot line proximity and lot coverage, however in a minor way.
As a result it would need Committee of Adjustment approval and he guided us through the application, which was summarily approved without contest.
He was always available when I needed him, as busy as he is.
I have no hesitation recommending him or using his expertise again.
