I was under the impression that I didn't need a permit for a renovation of my new house until the inspector arrived screaming at my door.
I found Rocco on Home Stars and called him for advice. He came over to the house the same day and assessed the situation. Rocco was a good listener and made me feel comfortable so I hired him for the job of getting the permits.
In less than one week (5 days to be exact) he had made the drawings required by the city, submitted them and had a permit ready to be placed on my door.
