I contacted Rocco after reading his reviews on Homestars.ca. He got back to me very quickly and visited us to see the issue. Rocco is very knowledgeable and experienced. He charged us no fee for the advice and gave us a contractor's information to deal with. He also looked up old permits done on or house for us. We plan on using his services once we start renovating.

I located Rocco online and after meeting with him decided to engage him. He was agreeable to beign paid on the receipt of the permit which was a big factor. I was under the impression that I didn't need a permit for a renovation of my new house until the inspector arrived screaming at my door.

Rocco provided us with drawings and a permit for removal of a load bearing wall extremely quickly - the turn around was much better than what others in the field offer.
