We had two phases to our project. We engaged Reach Restoration for the first project - a bathroom reno and adjoining upper laundry room. We found the quality of work was excellent and the cleanup of the job site was exceptional even after long shifts. Site management was important as we stayed in the house during the project.
Jim Urquhart was excellent in communicating the work plans and coordinating with us on decisions / fittings that were needed so that we stayed on what was an aggressive schedule for the first phase.
Based on the first phase, we were really pleased to ask Jim and his team to be our contractor for the kitchen renovation, which involved a new floor for the whole main floor as well as plumbing, windows, electrical work to be coordinated. This project was more complex but again Jim's coordination - in person meetings and by email was timely and very effective, with a running log of changes we'd discussed and what was agreed.
We learned to trust Jim's recommendations and response to challenges encountered in the older part of our North Toronto home. We were so pleased we asked Reach to also construct a new deck (we had been planning to defer this for later) off the kitchen which capped off the project beautifully.
