I had recently tried to have a Tankless Water heater installed in my home through this company. Unfortunately the installer advised it was not possible due to some restrictions in my basement that would require the ceiling to be cut open. I was also advised that there would be some extra cost's for ventilation due to the location of the install. The concern I have is with the Sales assosciate who came to my home and looked at where it was to was be installed. I specifically asked if it could be done without doing damage to the ceiling. His reply was yes and there should be no issues. Again, as previously described this was not the case. Therefore, due to this I was unable to go ahead with the install. I have now been trying to get a hold of someone there (Mark) after speaking with Frank (who I presume is the president) to arrange to have my $260 deposit returned. Of course no one wants to call me back. If you do decide to go with these guys i strongly suggest not giving one penny until the work is done!
