After the winter of 13/14 we suffered numerous leaks to our foundation that resulted in flooding to our recently renovated basement. The work required a great deal of foundation repair (hydraulic cement), waterproofing and installation of a sump-pump.
The work was completed on-time with minimal disruption. I was particularly impressed with the company's straightforward, no short-cut approach. One minor issue post-completion was fixed even though it was stated in the contract that it was not their responsibility.
