Amazing crew!
We had problems with the funky smell in a bedroom under the flat roof and called several roofing companies to get quotes. Nobody was able to pinpoint the problem. We looked at the Royal York profile and decided to give it a try based on the fantastic reviews. Vitaly came to give us a quote. He was able to pinpoint the problem with the flat roof within minutes (and that was confirmed once the old flat roof was removed and we were able to see the damage), went over the project scope step by step and impressed us with his knowledge, problem solutions and detailed explanations. He provided the quote within 15 minutes.
The roofing crew was amazing! Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. They were such a pleasure to have around. They made sure they protected all the floors and the backyard before proceeding with any work. Vitaly is a great project manager. He visited the site several times each day and went over what had been done and next steps so we felt really informed ad in control of our project. The forecast called for rain and the company sent more people so that the project would not be stopped midpoint. When the project was finished there was not a single nail left. They even swept our neighbours' driveways. Everything from day 1 to completion was perfect and they exceeded our expectations.We give them a sincere 10 +out 10 and highly recommend them!
