Flat roof and shingle roof replacement
We needed a new shingle roof and two flat roofs on our older midtown home in Toronto so we called Royal York roofing for an estimate along with two other contractors.
Royal was not the most inexpensive but Bruce, the RYR representative seemed knowledgeable and upfront with the costs associated with re roofing our house.
The crew arrived on time and worked as a team to complete the job exactly as promised with no surprises.
The flat roof required extensive flashing which was skillfully completed and looks great.
The roofing crew was very customer oriented and answered all our questions during their time here.
I would highly recommend them.
