Royal Classic Kitchens

I had our kitchen done approximately 7 years ago and we were extremely happy with it. We decided to freshen up some of the doors and drawers and asked Royal Classic if they could help us out with it and they were very helpful picking them up and sending them for refinishing. Will update upon completion.

I had our kitchen done approximately 7 years ago and we were extremely happy with it. We now find that some of the paint has rubbed off on the 4 drawers. We had 3 doors that we would like to refinish so that we would add the other drawers to it also. We received a price and a date to have them picked up and installed. Upon dropping off one door for colour matching they informed us they made a mistake and it would be another $300 and wanted full payment with no refund. I said we would pay the additional $300 due to their misscommunication with the manager and the person serving us, however, we wanted to pay half down and half upon completion of the job which we thought was fair. They would not agree. I think the customer service after the fact is atrocious.
