After getting in-home quotes from three companies, we went with EcoLine largely because they have their own staff do the installations and their warranty was a little better than others. Pricing was fraction more but very competitive.
Very impressed with professionalism/quality/service throughout. Salesman brought samples to our house - no showroom. Product was quality (5 vinyl, casement, triple pane, various sizes). Detailed measurements taken a few evenings later (by guy who installed). Phone call a few weeks later to let us know manufacturing was going well and original estimated install dates were still valid. Installation happened on schedule. I watched their staff remove old windows and install new ones. They shimmed and insulated very well. My own check found everything level and windows functioned as expected. No air leaks. Just as workmen were leaving, EcoLine inspector showed up and did his inspection. All debris cleared. The next day I got a phone call asking if I would rate my level of satisfaction. Very professional and organized!
To top it off, the installers helped me lift a hot tub through one of the window holes before they put the new window in. Wonderful service!
We will be using them for remaining windows.
