Tony is fantastic; he's like a doctor for your house. With all his instruments and gadgets he gets to the bones of your house and tells you exactly what's going on. I've had the pleasure of having three home inspections done by Tony over the years. Not only is he great at his work, he's very client focused and will take the time to explain and answer any risks or concerns. He spends time thoroughly checking from top to bottom, inside and outside the house, which usually means almost 4 hours in the house and likely a few more writing the report. All in all more than worth the service; especially on that size of an investment.
