Waterloo based LID service, product, and knowledge were exceptional on all accounts. Each individual we conversed with had in-depth knowledge of all products and services carried and were very clear and concise providing explanations. They had no problem dropping by a number of times for follow up questions and they ended up being much more cost effective than other lighting solutions we looked into. Would highly recommend!!!

Thanks so much for your feedback Chris. Laura had a great idea in having us fish the wires through the cabinets so that there were no wires showing on the bottom of the cabinet. Now, the absence of the light valance really works and makes a ton of sense. Let us know if you need anything else. Thanks again.
