I would highly recommend hiring P and P Renovations. From first point of contact to project completion, Nathanial and crew have been the utmost professionals and have delivered beyond our expectation.

During a busy home reno season, P and P had promptly returned initial calls and met to scope the work when other firms, even those highly rates on this site, simply ignored our requests or forgot to keep appointments. P and P have high customer service standards.

The budget for our basement reno was large for our family budget, $35k+, and Nathanial worked with us on a daily basis to go over specific details, and improve upon initial designs, making us feel comfortable in knowing that our money was being well spent. P and P are extremely reasonable in terms of cost and will stretch every dollar to improve the quality of their work.

From a project management point of view, they were on schedule, on budget and very clean and considerate, even making sure that our dogs stayed out of trouble while we were at work.

We are extremely pleased with our new basement and other home improvements. We plan to hire P and P in the future and would positively refer them to those that require a home reno.
