This is the second time we've hired Andy to inspect a century home for us and we are so relieved that we did. This last inspection was a bit more costly as we had him inspect multiple out buildings as well. Both times, he was impressively thorough, consciencious and honest. There isn't a crawl space, roof or attic he wasn't willing to crawl into to ensure we got all the information we needed to make the best educated decisions. His attention to detail and vast knowledge has spared us financial burdens and surprises. He was always professional, reliable, thorough and we felt that he had our best interest at heart.
