After an awful visit from another alarm company representative, I called and spoke with Joe, who was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone for upgrading my existing alarm system and providing a monitoring service. Joe was extremely helpful, thorough, and there was no inappropriate up-selling (he even suggested a less expensive option for my basement windows if I wanted an alternative). My alarm was installed by the end of the next day by Phil, who was polite, very tidy, and made sure there was minimal visual impact of any sensors/wiring. Vanessa at Head Office was also excellent with training me on the remote control of our alarm. So nice to receive great customer service.
