After removing old taps Alan realized the supplier had not sent all the necessary parts. He spent considerable time on the phone with the supplier arranging for a rush shipment of the necessary parts.
Alan explained all the steps in his work and did an excellent job. he also fixed a problem with the toilet while om site.
