I am happy that Gena came over to my place and fixed the problems that I had over one year. It was quick fix, efficient and very professional. I really appreciate it.

I am very disappointed and frustrated with the work done by Meridian. The product is not as good as they were telling. In less than two years there are broken hardware in two windows and the patio door. The installer installed the windows incorrectly. He filled a big gap with foam and with silicon outside. I called him to come and fix, and he did the same thing. I asked him why this big gap outside is, but his answer was there is nothing wrong. The trim in the patio door replaced with holes on it. Furthermore, I have contacted them to come and fix my problems and they didn’t come yet to see the problems. Gena is a good seller; he doesn’t care for anything else. This company has a very poor service. Also I have been calling them more than 2 months, the costumer service is telling me we will call you back and they never did. Today I tried to call again and there was a very rude person answering the phone. He told me call tomorrow I am not taking any phone calls.
