I bought two windows and a sliding door from Meridian Windows. They installed the two windows and door in July 2016, the company sent a sliding door that opened on the wrong side from what I had ordered, wasn't a huge problem so we left it. In Dec 2016 only 5 months after installation the lock on my sliding door had a malfunction, leaving it unable to unlock and unable to open the door at all. I called the Meridian office to have the door repaired. I was promptly told that repair would not be covered by warranty. I then called Jose the installation manager, he informed me that the door is covered under warranty, but they have no installers at the moment to repair it, and since it wasn't an emergency for them he didn t know when he could get some one out to fix it, but he would contact me in a couple days and let me know what they can do. I waited a week and was not contacted, I tried contacting Jose and left him messages, and still nothing. It is now February 2017 my door is still broken and has not been opened since the day it broke, and I have still not heard from anyone from Meridian Windows since December. I still have more windows to replace down the road, and I will not be going through Meridian Windows and doors again. Overall experience, extreamly poor customer service!
