We were dealing with John mainly for the project, however Joe was helpful in providing us the design and colour. We were excited to get going on the project and because we had a very tight deadline John and Joe accommodated our schedule and basically finished in time for our hot tub to be delivered. What was most disappointing was the poor workmanship on the Patio (uneven areas) of which they came back to fix, but it took them 2.5 weeks after the job was done and paid to do the final touches and when we got home and saw it we were left with a very discoloured patch where they did the repair. It was frustrating that I kept getting put off by John and promised several times to come back. Also John and Joe had issues with regards to whom we make payment to and they brought us into their political mess (well Joe did) which was extremely uncomfortable. Sorry guys but I cannot recommend you especially with the awful discolouring you left on our patio. I hope we can cover it up when we are ready to sell.
