Elite Renovators

I hired Steve and his team for a rather large load bearing wall renovation. We were somewhat nervous about this kind of renovation considering it was of a structural nature, however, Steve had been recommended to us by good friends who had used Elite Renovators in the past for structural work, and we had therefore seen the extremely high quality of their work firsthand which put us at ease. Steve’s engineer was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took care of the city permits for us. Elite started and finished the job in a timely fashion. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism, work ethics and proficiency of the job. We would definitely recommend Steve to everybody and anybody. Thanks Steve!

About six months ago we had our 2000 sq. ft. basement finished. We had Elite come in to finish all mill work and trim. He did a beautiful job on all the doors. He built a beautiful custom kitchenette. All soft close doors and drawers. Furthermore we were extremely pleased with the kitchen and all aspects of mill work. We decided to have him build a theater room with custom built speakers and motorized cabinet for the TV which will lower the TV into the cabinet when not in use. Steve is a true master cabinet maker. My husband and I moved into our new home and the builders did not leave a lot for us to work with. Although we love the house, the family room needed a lot of work. We entertain a lot and wanted to have everything we needed without it looking cluttered and full of wires!! Since the space was awkward, Elite measured and developed many design options to choose from. Also we were taken to past jobs to see the work first hand. We were able to shop with him and have input into all the materials that were available. He even made sure we got things on sale, where possible. It was very interactive and we had fun too. In the end we love the result, it is now our favourite room. Thank you Steve!!!!

Our Bathroom was completely outdated. I was looking for a custom built vanity that would fit into a hard to fit area. Most vanities out there are mass produced, with limited size and poor quality. Elite renovators assessed my needs and produced a piece of art. Anyone who has come to visit comments on the beauty of the piece. Handmade and crafted with attention to detail truly is obvious.
