Paid for Consultation Fee, But Never Got A Quote

To make our services transparent, our quoting process works as follows: Firstly, the quotation is a free factor. What is not free is a consultation to have one of our specialists/engineers travel to your residence and diagnose your walls. We strive to identify and detect any complications (and any surprises that may arise) in order to properly diagnose your project. Our engineers and technicians do a very good job. As I stated in our conversation, we have a working relationship with a few various engineering firms whom we choose to work with. The extended timeline in which your engineers required diminished the possibility of working with you as we were fully booked out approx 5 months in advance. We are displeased that we were unable to complete your project for you, and we will definitely take note of your dissatisfaction for future interactions. In 20+ years of operation, we have had merely two dissatisfied homeowners - and we continue to strive for excellence and consumer satisfaction (which is our motto). Thank you.
