Realized there was a flood in the basement after watering outside all day. Wade was onsite within an hour, and explained what had happened, and showed the burst pipe (frozen with the winter) and corrected the problem and replaced the pipe.
He also fixed a valve in the bathroom tub.
Prompt, courteous + reasonable. And he knows what he is doing. Recommended.
We will be calling him to install another outdoor tap on one side of the house in a couple of weeks.
Nice to see someone that actually answers the phone, shows up when he says he will and is reasonably priced. What a relief.
