I called these guys to clean my ducts at a fixed price and after arriving, they determined that the furnace blower and AC coils needed servicing as well. They seemed more concerned about getting the extra work than anything else. We agreed on a price and the work was done, but when they gave me the invoice, it was for more than we agreed on. After a lot of arguing back and forth, they finally charged me what we agreed upon.
After this, I took them to my sister's house and they gave the same song and dance about the furnace blower and AC coil. My sister said she wasn't interested in the extra service, just the ducts. After receiving some very unprofessional and unappreciated comments from Manny, my brother-in-law finally got fed up and asked them to leave the house. He didn't allow the work to get finished and he didn't pay them.
I now come to find out that these theives charged my credit card for the service on both homes!! How dare they!!! I guess this is what you call unethical and fraudulent activity?? I'll see you guys in court....if you dare.
