frank is the best, if you are looking for an honest and upright person you cant find any better. He came and gave me a quote , but when he started the work it wasnt nearly as bad as it looked, he was upfront about it and did and extensive check and ended up doing very little. He only charged me for th inital call fee and would not take any more for his time. he is a true gentleman and i will always use him for my roofing needs.
