When we found out that our house had Vermiculite with Asbestos, we began the extensive process of trying to find a company to perform the removal. We first researched and tried to educate ourselves on the Ontario Regulations and industry standards in regards to the process of Asbestos removal and found it varied vastly from company to company. I had not found a company I could be confident would complete this remediation safely and effectively. Often times, I was made to feel guilty asking companies to provide certification for removal and waste documentation. Having found Dome by stroke of luck, Robert was the first person who answered all of my questions (some of which were answered before I had a chance to ask). He is transparent and honest and was the first company to follow guidelines and procedures thoroughly. In fact, Robert was the only contractor that mentioned that all of his workers have a police background check to provide homeowners with peace of mind that they are leaving their home with individuals they can trust. Dome is trained by and uses laboratories that are highly regarded by the Ontario government.

Throughout this process, your company has kept us informed and guided us through this process. You have provided us with credentials, photographic documentation of before during and after the process of vermiculite removal in our home and of course the laboratory's testing of clean air in the end. Your company has been so kind, dedicated, and honest. Your customer service and office administration is exceptional. These are qualities sometimes hard to find in companies today.
