We just bought our first house and knew we wanted a carpet runner on the stairs but had no idea how to start. We found Maple through other positive reviews and I'm so glad we did! Haneef was super helpful, really nice, and the whole thing was very fast. I emailed him during the holidays and even though he was out of the country he still responded the next day and set up a date to quote the next week. He asked us approximately what we were looking for and was very accommodating of our budget and design ideas - in the end we got exactly the carpet we wanted and he installed it the next week! The whole installation was over in about an hour and they cleaned up afterwards and made sure we were satisfied with the results.
I'd definitely recommend Haneef and Maple Carpet Care to anyone looking for a beautiful stair runner!
