Shortly about the process for homeowners like ourselves: we purchased our current home approx built in 1940s with intentions to remodel it, to do mold remediation and to waterproof where was necessary. The house had major humidity issues, leaks in several spots throughout the basement (two walls) from cracks/hairline in the foundation. Plus musty smell.
