Vlad and his guys were fantastic.
I called for an estimate and Vlad was at my door the very next morning and was there 5 minutes early.
Communication through the project was great and all my calls were returned promptly. the work was done on schedule and the clean up was also very well done, you can't even tell the area had been dug up. We've had a few storms and not a single drop of moisture in the house so I'm happy with the quality of work as well.
I've found that sometimes once paid, contractors aren't quite as interested in returning your calls or answering your questions. This is definitely not the case with Vlad. After the work was completed, I had some questions, and Vlad was just as responsive as he was on day 1 when I called him for an estimate. That gives me a lot of confidence that if I ever have problems with the work, Vlad will get them taken care of.
I Definitely would recommend Umbrella to anyone needing waterproofing done.
