Variety of household repairs and maintenance
Our doors close properly and our windows open properly, our new light fixture and smoke alarm have been installed, and our stair railing is once again secure. Our kitchen chairs don't wiggle and squeak and our laundry room dryer now plugs in properly to a new receptacle. These are just some of the jobs DMS Home Services has completed for us. Several years' worth of home maintenance tasks (some very small and others large) have now been taken care of - quickly, efficiently and with great care. Dave is a pleasure to work with and is generous with advice and suggestions. As soon as we are ready he'll be back to replace damp drywall and construct window well covers in our never-ending battle to keep our basement dry. We are so thrilled and relieved to have found him.
