Canaduct Duct Cleaning

We had not had out home air duct system cleaned for over 4 years, so my Mom did some internet research and came across Canaduct and scheduled them for a home appointment. Upon arrival for their appointment they were 20 minutes early (usually you have to wait and wait when a repairman / contractor is scheduled for your home). He came in very pleasant and socialable, told us exactly what he was going to do, started the job and then showed us how much more we could benefit from the additional cleaning the ducts needed. He gave us several options, 3 different quotes, and then we decided what was best. He was extremly professional in all that he did, took his shoes off, asked if he needed to move any furniture, fixed loose vent covers that needed a screw to fit on more securely. When he completed the job, he walked us through the house to review what was done, and if we felt he forgot or needed to do something else. In the end, we appreciated the insight and knowledge in maintaining our air ducts, and the many products he suggested we can purchase to help.
