Waiting over 5 years to fis dented tiles and bent snowguards

Snowguards did not work and ice dented tiles on lower roof. Snowguards are bent and have asked for their new ones for over 5 years now and Branko the GM has not responded. This Company has no clue when it comes to serving customers.

Sorry to hear about the issues, damaged tiles and lack of response. Waiting 5 years is unacceptable. Get in touch with the new GM and this will be taken care off. The good news is that our roof system is easily repairable if there is any damage. Hopefully we can get this fixed for you in the near future.
