I'm sorry to hear your unhappy with the timeframe of your rebate.
We take every job we do very serious and we are taking every step to ensure our customers have a timely rebate process. Unfortunately due to some recent Glitches on greenON end we were a little delayed, That's was unfortunately out of our hands.
We are now back to booking between 1-2 weeks. Which is a normal time frame considering we have to wait for payment to be deposited, fill out forms and then upload into the Greenon Portal.
I would Sincerely like to apologize if you feel there was some miscommunication on the time frame and would like to make sure you are happy.
