I had exterior windows replaced in my house and went with Galaxy W&D. Alex is a great guy to work with and had very reasonable prices. He comes to show you sample products and explains the options. I also didn't feel pressured to accepting what I don't want. Because I like to do some things myself (ie: trim work), he's flexible in the scope of the work he performs. The installation crew is very fast and efficient, Uri is a Machine! I've never seen windows taken out so quickly! They took the care to cover everything inside and to sweep up afterwards and most importantly did a nice caulking job on the outside. Thanks Alex and crew for a nicely done installation.

We hired Galaxy WD to replace our front doors and install storm doors. We were very pleased with the service we received and the quality of work. They did excellent work and delivered very quickly and with a very reasonable price. I have no complaints at all and would recommend Galaxy WD. I will most likely call them back for my next window project.

I recevied 3 quotes for our front entry door. Galaxy was the cheapest for the exact same product. They installed in approx 4hrs, beautiful job!

We were looking to replace our old entry door and we were overwhelmed with the number of windows/door companies to choose from. We found Galaxy Windows who offered to provide an online estimate for us free-of-charge. It was extremely easy to choose from their many options and once we made our decision, Alex emailed back to us within a day. Throughout the process, we made several changes from our initial decision and Alex was able to accomodate our changes with extreme professionalism. The installers were terrific -- they did a fabulous job and most importantly, they did not leave a huge mess behind!

Alex and the team did a great job to change all the old wooden windows on my house. ?needed to have the new windows asap and Alex tried to accommodate that. We bought a 60 years old house with windows that were probably made from that era. Our home inspector (whom our agent referred) told us that they were classic windows but they were actually worthless antiques. We shopped around for a few quotes and saw Galaxy Windows’ sign on someone’s front lawn. We asked for a quote and Alex gave us a price that was the most reasonable. My son had used this company to replace the windows of their new home and recommended Alex and his company to me for my cracked bed room windows and to replace my basement windows. Alex quoted me a very good price for my window replacement but they also provided excellent service. All my 5 windows were replaced in one afternoon and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Good thing I listened to my son.

I've contacted 6 or 7 other companies from Homestars, but nobody was like Alex. He explained me everything I asked for. No pressure at all, just a real readiness to meet my requirements. You feel like you are the only customer Alex has. And very good quotes. We visited his factory and made our design.
The cost (1800 for the door with sidelight) was amazing, my neighbor paid more for smth. like that 5 years ago!!!

Installers Leh and his son were very nice, professional and efficient. The door looks great. Alex even painted wood frame, what he was not suppose to do.
I really like it and would not hesitate to recommend Galaxy Windows to anyone.

We did a whole research before we went with Galaxy Windows. We ordered around 10 estimates. After these we visited 6 windows factories. After that we ordered another 4 estimates with Window City Dealers only. We wanted to be sure that we’ll spend that kind of money (estimates were from $35.000 to $65.000) in the right way.
First of all, we decided to go with Window City windows. Besides all “energy saving thing”, these windows look great. Now, after installation - they look amazing in sandalwood color that perfectly reflect our brick color. I compare my windows to the others in the neighborhood, - I’m really glad we made that choice. After visiting several factories we have no doubt – nobody stay even close to Window City quality (exactly like Galaxy’s salesman Alex told us in the first place). The new facilities are unbelievable. It is not a rocket science, but,- it is quite impressive.
After few estimates with Window City dealers we decided to go with Galaxy. Salesman Alex was nice and professional. The price was good too. Installer Mike was absolutely professional. Does not talk too much, but what a job!! It was a complication with our office room where windows are going right inside oak covered walls. Mike did some kind of custom oak jamb extension so it fitted just perfect. 4 bay windows and 2 doors were installed very accurate too. We are very satisfied with Galaxy Windows. Ask your salesman for installer Mike though (we are not sure about the others).
