new railings for the front of the house
The owner came as promised and measured for the railings. He told me to visit the website and pick a style and then I was given a price. I was told 6 weeks for installation. The railings were installed as promised and the workmanship was good and they took my old railings. I was told any problems to give them a call and they would fix it. My only negative comment was that I was told they would be there for 9.30am and they showed up at 11.30am and I had taken the day off work.

Before taking off 2 points in this review you could've taken into consideration such things as traffic and careful loading of the product that may delay the drive to your place.
Disposal of your old railings was an act of goodwill (we actually have to pay to get rid of them).Thank you anyway!
