I had been without hot water for 6 days and could not trace the source of the problem. I called Mag and he made time in his schedule to come and have a look. By this point I was sure that the problem was with the hot water heater and was prepared to be told that I needed a replacement. Mag was very thorough and advised me that there was nothing wrong with the water heater and continued his investigation until he found the problem. He needed a part, so he went out to pick it up and within 10 minutes he was back and the problem solved. I am thrilled to have hot water again, but more importantly, I am very grateful for Mag's honesty and his trouble shooting skills. I could very easily have ended up with a much more expensive repair in the form of an unnecessary new hot water heater. I will definitely be calling Mag in the future.
