Really upsetting. I am writing to confirm that I have not received any help to correct their mistake yet. Their produced cabin opening is misfitting with the current door opening.
According to their email dated July 18, 2022 you sent the `next steps` file, which states someone would visit the site before the installation. We invited their `Installation` and `Engineering` sections to take the measurements with our email dated February 24, 2023. Against our written request why the measurements were not taken from the site?
Before the installation your engineer made 2 inspections at the site. Why did he not notice the cabin opening is not matching the door opening which is just near to the external door?
I completed my payment. Now this company is demanding more money to fix their mistake.
Also they are not returning my calls. How do you call this company?

The shop drawings were signed and approved months ago, and we manufactured the cab accordingly.
Various colleagues have tried talking to you, but you raise your voice, and you threaten us. All along making false allegations about our company and spamming us with bad reviews on multiple platforms.
Regardless of all of this, we have gone to site, we have spoken to you, your wife, and your contractor about the solution but all you do is demand us to fix it at no cost.
We want to finalize your elevator, but you are not willing to approve what is necessary for us to be able to finish our job.
