I own a building at 920 Yonge Street. It was built in the 70's and has an induction HVAC system. This type of system was put into office towers like the TD centre in the 70's. My staff were in winter jackets in the summer and t-shirts in the winter . We experienced a lot of difficulty with the company we were using because they could not find a solution in order to provide us with a comfortable work environment .We searched to find a company who knew how to work with this antiquated system and after much due diligence we found JCJ Mechanical who solved all our HVAC issues. The owner John Melich stayed with the project until our 47 employees were comfortable. We are grateful for what John and his team did for us.
