Outstanding from beginning to end!
I called Dryshield to investigate water in the basement. They found cracks in the foundation, one which could be repaired from inside and a second which had to be repaired from the outside.
The interior crack was quoted and repaired the same day. As soon as the map of hydro and gas lines was received, the exterior work was scheduled and completed the next day.
The house is 33-years old, so I've had experience with many different service people and companies over the years. My experience with Dryshield was perfect in every way. These people know what they're doing! The inside work was finished quickly and professionally and the crew that was sent to do the exterior repair was exceptional - respectful, professional, and most importantly, expert in their field. The complicated exterior repair was completed uneventfully and without damage to the sprinkler system. My property and landscaping were left in perfect condition with no sign that there had been any digging done.
