Internal Waterproofing for Cold Room
I hired Dryshield to internally waterproof my cold room due to the positive reviews here. I was disappointed with the results and we were still experiencing leaks a year and a half after the initial installation. Despite this, Dryshield has been very responsive to feedback, and has since then come back to re-finish the work. So far, we have not experience any further leaking, and hopefully the newly re-worked room will continue to stand against the test of time.

Good Afternoon Yuan. First and foremost, we want to assure we will rectify this issue for you. You have a 25 year warranty on our work and we do honor it. We did respond to your email dated July 5, 2021 asking if we could come out and on July 9, 2021. We realize it was short notice and fully understand you needed more time to clear out the room. We then tried for July 16, 2021. Unfortunately, you are only able to attend the home on weekends to clear out this room so that date does not work either. Due to staff vacations, we agreed on a date of August 4, 2021 for the work to be done. We sincerely appreciate your patience and co-operation as we work towards rectifying this for you. It is our hope that once the work is completed you will agree that our positive reviews are merited and your review will reflect this.
