After building our house in 2010, we moved in without ever thinking about having our ducts and furnace cleaned. Knowing how much drywall dust accumulated during the build, this was something that we should have done a long time ago. I made some phone calls to compare different companies based on the method they used for cleaning and, of course, the cost. Modern PURAIR was not the cheapest company I phoned but I loved the customer service and the thorough explanations about the cleaning system they use. The girl on the phone gave me a one hour time window that the crew would arrive in which I liked because the other companies could not narrow down a time for me until the day of, causing me to sit and wait. Matt was punctual and explained the entire process up front as he did a walk through our house with my husband. The service took about 3 hours, Matt is very knowledgeable about what he does, takes his time to do the job right and is willing to answer any questions and provide further information. I will be recommending Modern PURAIR to my friends and family for sure.
