I am a Property Manager,and Caretaker.

Over past 20 years I have used many Duct Cleaning services,
from small owner operators,and to the so called Best and Biggest.
Some were ok but many are uneducated and just did quick clean ups.

That is until I found Modern PurAir.
They care about their reputation and service offer.
They are not in for making a quick buck,but making a long term customer.
From calling into the call center and Holly taking time,and patience to answer all my many questions,and Matt as well took time to answer all my questions and concerns.

Keith was my duct cleaner,and was great.
They give you a 1 hour time window for their arrival time,
calling you 20-30 minutes prior to their arrival.
Keith was very knowledgeable and their equipment they use
is all like new,and kept all their work areas very clean.
They even show you the debris that sucked out of your vents.

I was extremely happy with their work ethic,knowledge,and
did an amazing job cleaning the vents on the house I live and am caretaker of.
I have my share allergies,and have 2 hepa filters I run in my house,and always cleaning the filters,from the dust,due to having forced air duct heating.

Since I have had my ducts cleaned by Keith,and Modern Purair
I am amazed how little dust appears on the filters

Many homeowners come to me for trusted trades and services,that
can refer to them.
I will now only use Modern Purair for all duct cleaning.

Their prices are competitive,and if your ducts are cleaned right first time,you should get 3-4 years between your duct cleaning.
There may be cheap duct cleaners offering to good to be true deals
save your money,they are not worth it.
