The previous owner of my home compromised the structure by attempting to make it look more open concept through opening some load bearing walls. as a result the main floor level sank sloping towards the basement staircase. John Mclellan and his crew came in. They were all polite, honest, helpful and clean. I asked for proof of his insurance, the business HST number and references from previous similar jobs he had done within the last three years. He provided everything I requested. The dug into the foundation, installed new posts and relevelled the main floor. They finished on time, on budget as promised. A pleasure to deal with this company. They are true professionals.
