One of the most dysfunctional companies I have ever seen in my entire life. Astoundingly terrible service. I truly do not understand how a company can possibly be this incompetent. To try and write out my entire experience, which involves a continual string of momentous and mind-blowing errors, would take all night. Go with any other company. I'll leave it at that

Try to call their office, you will find that one lady picks up for the reception, technical support, and for administration.

It's a one woman show!

Customer support might take a week to get resolved...since you are typically sent to voicemail.

Installations can be done by yourself, but why pay for the middle man, like Batthika? They do not have all the best hardware out there either.

The only good thing is that the security company that does work with you is Securtek (Canadian owned and very good). Try to find someone else who works with Securtek.

Terrible company to do business with. Called in to cancel my service because i sold my business and according to them i signed another 3 year contract?!
They wanted me to pay out $759 to cancel the contract but couldnt provide me the document i "signed". after i told them i was going to take them to court they stopped calling my home,work,business phone everyday

Will never do business with this company again.

We test the response time occasionally and today it was more than 5 minutes again. The person who phoned today was Jason. This slow response time has been going on for a long time. We have been subscribers for a long time and we are thinking of switching to another carrier.

Excellent monitoring as well as excellent customer service. Always receive call when alarm trigger. Technician did awesome job. Trained me very well after finish the job. absolutely no complaint. Like to recommend everyone.

I've been using Securtek as my alarm company for 3 years. My contract has now ended but I have happily renewed it with them due to their excellent customer service. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help out. The Technicians and Sales people have an excellent knowledge of their product and I would certainly recommend Securtek Alarm systems to anyone who is in the market for one.

Their service,responce time and equipments have all been more than satisfactory. we leave our house and sleep at night feeling safe and protected. we had have technical issue that were easily resolved over the phone with an efficient and friendly manner.
