Lee and Ed were about one hour late for their appointment but were thoughtful enough to call about the delay. Both were friendly and efficent workers who took time to explain what they were doing. The furnace and duct cleaning appeared to be thoroughly done but I was disappointed that the grills covering the hot air ducts and cold air returns were not cleaned. Perhaps this is not something they do, but felt that I did not receive sufficient value for the money spent.
